| My name is Kadi Thingvall and I'm going to keep this
short since I think you all know me already. I'm running for WZ Rep
because I feel the membership needs a voice on the BOD, someone that
will represent what the members in this zone want, and not just their
own personal agenda. I'm willing to be that voice.

Thank you for notifying me that I have been nominated and seconded to run again for the vacated seat of the NARA Western Zone Representative. I have spent the better part of the time since my notification contacting several members in the Western Zone to ask their opinion of this news. Every member who I have spoken to has encouraged me to run again. With that knowledge, and with my passion in the future of this organization, I will accept. I know I have also been asked to provide a short bio explaining a bit about myself and what it is I plan to do as the NARA Western Zone Representative. Along with my experience in the recent past as the NARA Western Zone Representative, I plan to continue on in my goals to see to it that the membership in my Zone has a fair representation through my voice and through my votes on all matters pertaining to the good of this organization. I am eager to see a revision in the Bylaws and to be a part of that revision alongside the membership. I am eager to be a part of encouraging more clubs to form in my Zone and to encourage independent members to join those clubs that have already formed. I am eager to look toward forming committees through our membership to give them a more active hand in participating in the decisions that are made in the future of our Policies to better our sport. And most of all, I am eager to get back to work for the future and for the good of NARA |
Ballots and instructions for voting will be sent to WZ Affiliated Club Presidents the week of June 15. The vote will close at the end of June.
